Microsoft 365 backups run automatically several times a day. Servers are scheduled around your operation, usually every night.
Can I recover an email I deleted months ago?
Yes, as long as it's within the retention period we define with you. We can restore a single item or a full mailbox to a previous date.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. The service is cloud-based and billed per user per month. Only servers need a backup agent.
Who has access to my backups?
Backups are encrypted and only authorized Soporte Técnico GT staff manage the console, under confidentiality agreements.
