Frequently asked questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for me?
It depends on each role. Users working in the browser and on mobile usually need Business Basic; those using desktop Excel and Outlook, Business Standard; and if you need to protect and manage computers, Business Premium.
Will we lose email during the migration?
No. We plan the DNS cutover and migrate the history before and after the switch, so no email is lost.
Can you manage our existing tenant?
Yes. We can manage your current tenant, clean up licenses and permissions, or migrate you to a new one if needed.
Do you work with companies outside Guatemala?
Yes. We support companies in the United States (Virginia, Michigan and Chicago), Mexico, Colombia and El Salvador.
